Sound Designer / Audio Engineer
Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome! (yes, that was in reference to Cabaret) I am a Sound Designer and Audio Engineer at Xbox Media Lab, Microsoft Games. I received my BFA in Sound Design at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) in 2019.
Right after graduating, I started a sound design internship at Turner Studios which turned into three years of working at Warner Bros. in their broadcast division as a Sound Designer for on-air content and Audio Engineer for voice-overs. I mixed commercials and some on-air documentaries for TBS, TCM (Turner Classic Movies), TNT, the NBA, and Cartoon Network.
In 2022 I made the transition to game audio working as a Sound Designer at Monolith Productions on their upcoming Wonder Woman title. My responsibilities included foley, combat, and UI design. I was most excited to incorporate "healing" tones into my sound design for the game. My concept for Wonder Woman's combat design came from the idea that Wonder Woman stands for equity and unity, so incorporating the healing frequencies in the Solfeggio scale would positively impact the player in combat and throughout the game. Unfortunately that game was never released the the studio shut down so I am unable to share my work for that project.
My current role at MediaLab, an internal Microsoft games studio, supports an array of audio responsibilities including production and post-production audio, sound design for games and linear media, mixing, composition, creating AI voices using Azure, and game audio evaluations for Microsoft game devs.

One of the cool things I get to work on is Xbox's accessibility products. Here is a recent campaign for Xbox's adaptive joystick where I engineered and edited the VO. I know that's a lot of direction, can only do so much with GoDaddy.com!!
This most recent update included a general mix of dialogue and music with some added SFX.
This game is part of Microsoft's Casual Games. I created original SFX for this game and embellished existing SFX
This mix covered dialogue treatment, music, and added graphic SFX.
